What if I need to cancel? Do you offer a refund?

It is understood that travel plans can change. Orders that are cancelled outside of 14 calendar days will be fully refunded. There is a $25 processing charge on all orders canceled between 4-13 calendar days of the delivery date. Orders canceled within 3 calendar days of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order amount. There will be no cost reduction/refund for early returns or unused equipment. Prior to delivery customers will need to have signed a rental contract/liability waiver. The undersigned client agrees that the rented items will at all times remain the property of Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC. Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida with a principal location in Gulf Breeze, FL. The client has examined the items and found them to be in good condition and will return them in as good a condition as when the client received these items. There will be an additional charge for rental items returned with parts missing or in exceptionally dirty condition. This is a contract to rent equipment and not a contract for sale. Client agrees to notify Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC immediately in case that any item is not functioning correctly. The client understands there are risks associated with use of rented equipment. If any of the rented equipment is damaged or lost, it is the responsibility of the client to pay replacement cost, by charging the credit card provided to Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC. The replacement cost will be based on current MSRP prices. Client is responsible for correct use of rental items according to manufacturers’ instructions and guidelines. Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented items. I the client hereby agree for myself, all of my family, personal representatives and all heirs to release Sunshine Baby Cribs LLC and agree not to sue the company, their rental agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives and anyone claiming through them for any and all liability and expenses including attorneys' fees and costs for any property damage, loss, personal injury, loss of life and/or other casualty which may occur during the course of this rental agreement and the use of the items. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns in the event of any death or injury. Any action brought to enforce this agreement shall be brought solely in Santa Rosa County, Florida. I confirm that I have read this agreement and voluntarily assume all risks of any damages occurring in connection with the items in this rental agreement and my electronic/digital acceptance of this agreement shall have the same legal effects as my pen/ink signature on paper.
