We deliver all the way from Gulf Shores, Alabama to the beautiful beaches of Destin, Florida

It is understood that travel plans can change. Orders that are cancelled outside of 14 calendar days will be fully refunded. There is a $25 processing charge on all orders canceled between 4-13 calendar days of the delivery date. Orders canceled within 3 calendar days of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order amount. There will be no cost reduction/refund for early returns or unused equipment. Please call us at (850-480-9285) if you need additional assistance or have further questions.

Yes there is a one time delivery charge of $25. If your order is $135 or more your delivery charge will be waived

Yes we require at least a 3 day rental on all equipment. Special circumstances depending on stock availability we may be able to accommodate a one or two day rental. Please call or email us to ask.

Yes, all equipment is thouroughly cleaned and sanitized. All products used to clean are safe for your baby and the environment. We also inspect all equipment before loading it to deliver to your rental.

Yes sheets are inluded. Your Pack N Play rental will come with a fitted sheet. Your crib rental will include the mattress, mattress pad and a fitted crib sheet. Additional crib sheets can be rented if you need them.

It is recommended to order as soon as you know your rental dates as equipment rents fast. This will guarantee all items are available for your baby or toddler when you need it.

The company owners both having been hospital laboratory employees understand viruses, bacteria and germs. Sunshine Baby Cribs takes cleanliness very seriously. Items are vacuumed and disinfected with a natural, bleach free cleaner that has been tested to kill 99.9% of germs and viruses. All sheets and washable items are laundered in hot water using a hypoallergenic detergent, free of perfumes and dyes then dried using the high heat cycle.  

You order your items online and the day your items are due to arrive we will communicate a delivery window of when you can expect your items. We do all the leg work ahead of time getting ahold of your rental manager to place all your items in your rental property.  If there is no contact delivery then your property must have a safe place where items will be protected from the elements. The delivery charge includes delivering, setting up, inspecting items and picking up at the end of your stay. 

The manufacturer’s stated value/price of the item will be charged to you. We only rent brand new to hardly used equipment and if there is damage or it is broken then we cannot rent that item to another family so we have to charge you for the cost to replace it.

If you need the rental equipment for longer than you anticipated we ask that you call or email us. We will do our best to grant your request but we also reserve the right to deny if the equipment is promised to someone else already.
